"It’s Not Too Late" There were some things that i learned as a young one There was some things I knew So many things to learn to Someone Things I wish I knew And days go by now We learned to be Someone brand new And time, it slips by now We wonder that somehow We didn’t take the time to learn….the things we wanted to So here I sit and I write and I’m older Learning things brand new So many tools you can use a writer Things I wish I knew Ahhhhhh Ahhhhh Ahhhhhhh 3/4 True I wrote my First one at 17 Feeling around in the dark And i’ve been blessed, with a life of many The Muse lives in my heart But there are times now, I find a key that’s brand new. And I wish I had Taken more time To work on the things that, my soul wanted to But there are so many things to learn as a young one Things I wish I knew Ahhhh ———— Its not too late to start again Its not too late to start anew Its not too late outside of time Where our soul is always new (Where we are always new)

I Hear The Birds All Around Me I hear the birds all around me Speaking wise all around me I hear the birds all around me And I know Trouble today, will pass away I know I feel the Life all around me Speaking wise all around me Thoughts of God all around me and I know….. These things today, will pass away, I know This is the way, they pass away, I know This I know inside This I know This I know inside This I know Turn off the TV Its lying to me I saw through this Long ago The negative bias They pass it right by us The math is slick Don’t you know Ive seen it before Ive heard it before They’re rigging up the mill Another scoop of (the) evening swill These things I know inside These things I know These things in know inside Of me

Squirrel 04:19
"SQUIRREL" Today, I’m a a squirrel This time, this place There’s trouble in my squirrel world This bird, those cars I’m much more than a bushy tail I am the center of it all That human looks a little sad And why so big? Gathering nuts and staying warm I do my thing How’d the humans lose their tail, anyhow? It’s Monday, in my squirrel world Today, I am me This time, this place Mighty Sapiens, in the Western world I try, this pace The space between the All, and the bird, and me, and the squirrel Surely is much the same, to be in reverence, a better aim. Today I’m a bird Way deep, in the burbs Preparing, transatlantic flight I felt the change Not bad for a mere bird brain And its time to eat I got my eye up on that squirrel Dont judge me The monkeys look a little mad They eat anything I guess that feeder is sort of kind But I’m not so sure It’s Tuesday, in my bird world Just a day In my World

Something New To wake up and hear something new Surely not the easy thing to do Somewhere at the very edge of sleep You here a subtle call inside of you Monday morning June 1st- 6 am A true story, im not putting you on I heard just a single mystery line So I stumbled up to reach for Something New So don’t give up Hear what’s true You can turn away from all the noise And feed the good that’s inside of you A rough week it was in the news The world ’s burning down, nothing new To sift through that big old sea of lies Is something We are all forced to do Ahhhhhhhhhhh So back to my green cave to create This crazy art im blessed to bring to you Cause this really this should stay my focus To feed the good inside So goodbye world And all you do You can struggle over all the power I will not spend my time watching you So don’t give up Hear what’s true You can turn away from all the noise And feed the good that’s inside of you

"Spock Ears Emerging" Yes my friends the time has come To gather round the rabbit ears I have no time for watching, what journalism’s done I have no room that… bad fiction here…the news Now I can feel my Spock Ears, they’re emerging Somethings not quite right, at the landing. Why am I dressed up in this red shirt I think I have had enough of this. If I’m to watch, things made up I rather Gene and Serling The tales it’s clear what’s good and bad, nothing up their sleeve Unapologetic freedom, clear Now I can feel my Spock Ears, they’re emerging Something has gone wrong for the landing crew It’s time to sit with vinyl and a record sleeve And let go that new fiction on the TV Ahhhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhh Ohhhhhhh And so I spend my time with you It seems the right thing to do Ahhhhhhhhhhhh Ahhhhhhhhhhh And so my friends, look to the sun There’s always room for freedom, here….. I can feel them I can feel them, emerging Spock Ears emerging Spock Ears emerging

The SECOND of a 3 album series entitled "The Green Cave Trilogy", recorded over 2020 and 2021, during the dreaded ;) "lockdown". A couple instrumentals are included, as well as a Cave prequel tune about my backyard Squirrels ;) Many of the songs were part of weekly video releases which included zany green screen productions...Hope you enjoy!
